After a long absence, the world of SpongeBob Squarepants is back. On March 4, a new film SpongeBob: Sponge on the Run will hit Paramount+. We can’t wait. Mostly because the irreverent humor of this excellent kids’ franchise is much needed in 2021, but also because the entire back catalog will be streaming on Paramount+, thanks to their team-up with Nickelodeon.

Formerly, Paramount+ was known as “CBS All Access,” but as of March 4, those days are over! Here’s what you need to know about getting Paramount+ (and to check if you already have it.)

In the meantime, Fatherly is happy to present this exclusive clip from SpongeBob: Sponge on the Run. In it, we’re introduced to a DIY robot restaurant owner named Otto. Let’s just say he’s not the greatest or most helpful robot you’ve ever met. But, if you have missed the quirky world of SpongeBob, this clip will get you pumped for Sponge on the Run. We’ve seen it and we loved it.
