Stewart Friedman is a professor at the Wharton School of Business and the founding Director of Wharton’s Work/Life Integration Project. He is also the bestselling author of Total Leadership, Leading the Life You Want, and the landmark study Baby Bust: New Choices for Men and Women in Work and Family. Friedman has consulted with a range of individuals and organizations, including two White House administrations, the U.S. Department of Labor, the United Nations and the U.S. Army, and spent 2 years as director of Ford Motor Company’s Leadership Development Center. He also hosts the Work and Life show on Sirius XM in addition to delivering keynotes and conducting workshops around the world.
