This 13.3-Inch MacBook Pro Is $600 Off

Make WFH with kids a little less painful.

by Donna Freydkin

Given that we’re all working from home now and for the foreseeable future, having the right equipment, like a solid printer with cheap ink and a great computer, makes all the difference. That rickety laptop that overheats and blows its fan every time you have more than two tabs open won’t cut it. Neither will fighting with your kids about whose turn it is to use the damn machine. But great laptops aren’t cheap. Fortunately, an Apple deal has come along.

The 13.3-inch MacBook Pro, from mid-2019, is everything you need in one pretty dope package. It has an an 8th Generation Intel Core quad-core processor, which means it’s fast a hell. Plus it has True Tone display technology for precisely adjusted color, and Apple’s T2 coprocessor chip. The picture is crystal clear and sharp as hell. It’s great for photographers and video editors, sure, but also slick and powerful enough for anything else you need to do during the day.

One major component of the laptop is the Touch Bar, which lets you navigate easily and quickly without needing to use menus or memorizing keyboard shortcuts. You can log on to your laptop using Touch ID. It also has a 720p webcam, three microphones, stereo speakers, a 64-key backlit keyboard with four arrow keys, an ambient light sensor, and a large Force Touch trackpad.
