Fatherly and Scary Mommy are proud to introduce Parents@Work, a joint initiative designed to help organizations recruit, retain and support employees with kids. Based on a rigorous 148-point criteria, we created a certification program that evaluates companies on how their policies, benefits, and cultural practices improve outcomes for working parents. After careful consideration, we’re proud to introduce our first cohort of the Best Places For Remote Working Parents below. This honor roll, presented alphabetically, isn’t nearly exhaustive.
