During their four seasons together on the Miami Heat, LeBron James and Dwyane Wade dominated the NBA, winning two Championships and dazzling fans with their ability to pull-off dunks so powerful they almost seemed superhuman. Now, it looks like their sons are taking a page out of their dads’ book, as a recent video shows Zaire Wade and Bronny James putting together an impromptu dunk contest where they both showed off their insane skills.
Zaire, 17, posted a video of the friendly competition on his Instagram story, as he throws down a vicious slam dunk that is then perfectly replicated by Bronny. For NBA fans, the whole thing may feel like a blast from the past, as the two look like young versions of their future Hall of Fame fathers. And thankfully, we’ll be able to see a lot more of the two creating epic highlight reels in the upcoming months, as they are set to be teammates this fall.
Earlier this summer, ESPN reported that James’ two sons (14-year-old Bronny and 11-year-old Bryce) will be transferring from the Crossroads School in Santa Monica to Sierra Canyon School, meaning that Bronny and Zaire will be playing together for Zaire’s senior year.
Zaire also posted a video where he pulled off an insane reverse dunk, while Bronny and other teammates watch. Of course, all of this is just during practice, so we really can’t wait to see what these two are able to do together on the court, especially with the possibility of LeBron and Wade losing their damn minds watching them from the bleachers.
