This Fan’s Lego Recreation of the Ending of ‘Infinity War’ Is Incredible

We still haven't recovered from it.

“Oh God.” Not only is that the last line of Avengers: Infinity War, it’s also the response every fan had as they watched the action flick’s incredibly shocking ending. And that moment now lives on, thanks to one Reddit user’s incredible interpretation of the Avengers’ characters as LEGOs.

In case you missed it, Infinity War ended with Thanos, who was about to collect all six Infinity Stones, wiping out half of the world with a simple snap of his fingers. As if that wasn’t enough, we had to watch some of our favorite action figures, including Spider-Man and most of the Guardians of the Galaxy, die, too.

Needless to say, fans were left speechless. One person even tweeted, “My friend’s local cinema added a health risk warning at the start of Infinity War because people had passed out at the ending, if this ain’t one of the WILDEST movies idk what is.”

To pay homage to the dramatic finish, Reddit user u/afolkingdom uploaded a photo of the scene he recreated with LEGO blocks and minifigs. It shows Captain America, Black Widow, Rocket Raccoon, Thor, Hulkbuster, and Bruce Banner standing around the new, changed Vision.

What makes this miniature Marvel scene so impressive is the creator’s attention to detail. From Hulkbuster’s missing left arm to Bucky’s gun laying on the ground, nothing went unnoticed—the Vision is even accurately portrayed as colorless, which happened after the mind stone was removed.

If you’re still shook by Infinity War, you aren’t alone—but unfortunately you still have a long way to go before you find out what happens next. Avengers 4 isn’t scheduled to come out until May 3, 2019. And to that, we can only say, “Oh God.”
