The most popular pick for the Duke and Duchess of Sussex’ son is Albert, the name of Queen Elizabeth’s father. Based on data from U.K. betting company Ladbrokes, Albert currently has five-to-one odds, followed closely by Arthur and Philip, both with six-to-one odds.
Other monikers that fall high up on the list are James, Alexander, Alfred, and Charles. Those names all make sense given the couple’s personality, says Rupert Adams, a spokesperson for another gambling agency, William Hill. “Harry is a traditional guy at heart, we think he would like a relatively traditional but not absolutely turgid royal name,” Adams explained to NBC5.
And fans likely won’t have to wait much longer to find out the royal baby’s name. According to the official Instagram post from the couple, “more details will be shared in the forthcoming days.” And Harry told TIME on Monday that he and his wife were “thinking about names but, the baby is a little overdue so we’ve had a little bit of time to think about it.”
The couple’s son is expected to be revealed for the first time on Wednesday in a photo shoot at Windsor Castle. A statement from Buckingham Palace noted that Meghan and Harry are currently at Frogmore Cottage, enjoying time with their newborn and Meghan’s mom, Doria Ragland.
