Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson cooked up all sorts of warm feelings today when he wrote an Instagram post about the recent birth of his new daughter Tiana Gia Johnson — or Tia for short. In the post, The Rock included a photo of Tia sitting on his tattooed chest and a note in which he gushed about how lucky he was to welcome another girl into the world (this is his second daughter with girlfriend Lauren Hashian) and all the strong women who helped raise him before offering some delivery room advice to all soon-to-bed dads.

Skin to skin. Our mana. Blessed and proud to bring another strong girl into this world. Tiana Gia Johnson came into this world like a force of nature and Mama @laurenhashianofficial labored and delivered like a true rockstar,” Johnson’s post read. “I was raised and surrounded by strong, loving women all my life, but after participating in baby Tia’s delivery, it’s hard to express the new level of love, respect and admiration I have for @laurenhashianofficialand all mamas and women out there.”

This is the third time Johnson’s been in the delivery room. Tia is the second daughter he’s had with girlfriend Lauren Hashian. He also has another daughter from his first marriage. And he had some words of wisdom for dads in the delivery room: don’t look away.

“Word to the wise gentlemen, it’s critical to be by your lady’s head when she’s delivering, being as supportive as you can, holding hands, holding legs, whatever you can do,” he wrote.  “But, if you really want to understand the single most powerful and primal moment life will ever offer – watch your child being born. Its a life changer and the respect and admiration you have for a woman will forever be boundless.”
