‘The Rock’ Feeds His Partner Dinner While She Nurses Their Newborn. Internet Goes Crazy.

There are no limits to what Dwayne Johnson will do for his family.

The internet gave Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson another digital round of applause this week after the 46-year-old father of three posted a photo of himself feeding his partner dinner while she breastfed their 2-month-old daughter. Though the photo was posted to Snapchat, it didn’t take long before the screengrab was shared on a Facebook parenting group called “The Badass Breastfeeder.”

Whether it’s a tender Instagram post about the arrival of his third kid, a video encouraging his daughter to say ‘International Women’s Day,’ or a willingness to be candid about his depression, The Rock is no stranger to being an amazing family-first dad and partner. That he would go the extra mile to spoonfeed his nursing wife is hardly a surprise.

“I’ll handle this business Mama @laurenhashianofficial has her hands full nursing/feeding Baby Tia, so I’m feedin’ mama her dinner,” Johnson wrote in the Snap caption. “My pleasure. So much respect to her and all mamas out there holding it down and running things.”

Since the post hit Facebook, it’s been shared over 36,000 times and has racked up over 3,000 comments. Most of the comments came from parents praising Johnson for his devotion and willingness to step up for his partner. Often commenters recounted stories of their own breastfeeding trials and tribulations, or tagged their friends and loved ones with comments like, “Do you remember doing this for me?”

Johnson was all smiles. He ended the caption by noting that he had to go ‘fulfill his own appetite,’ which, admittedly, sounded like some kind of weird sexual euphemism considering his wife was breastfeeding. But once he added, “Iron Paradise, here I come,” you couldn’t help but conclude that The Rock will probably do anything as long as you let him lift weights afterward.
