Chip and Joanna Gaines just announced that they’re starting their own TV channel with Discovery, HGTV’s parent company. And viewers are more than ready, having eagerly awaited the return of the Gaineses after the couple ended a five-year stint as the hosts of HGTV’s Fixer Upper in October 2017. Claiming they wanted to focus on their family (the duo welcomed their fifth child, Crew, back in June), Chip and Joanna hinted that they’d be back, saying, “As it relates to TV, you just never know.”

As far as the new network goes, there aren’t many details just yet. Chip joked to Fallon, “We signed a non-disclosure and it said, quote unquote, you can tell your mother, but that’s it. So mom, I just wanted to make a quick announcement, we are coming back to television.” But the 43-year-old did add, “You are going to get to see the kids grow up, you are going to see us, well maybe a six-month delay like the rest of the world, but we are excited to be back.”

Magnolia representative John Marsicano also revealed, “The details surrounding this opportunity remain a work in progress, but together, our hope is to build a different kind of platform for unique and family-friendly content.” Until then, fans will have to get their Chip-and-Joanna fix with Jo’s new book, Homebody: A Guide to Creating Spaces You Never Want to Leave, which just hit shelves last week.
