Avengers: Infinity War is still a month from release but several Marvel actors demonstrated real-life heroism earlier this week so a young boy’s dying wish could come true. The story began on Sunday when Fox News journalist Shannon Beam asked via Twitter if anyone knew how to get in touch with any Avengers actors. She explained that a terminally ill boy named Emilio had a last wish to get a greeting from one of the Marvel stars. Fortunately, Twitter quickly obliged, with tens of thousands of people retweeting Beam’s message until finally, it reached the eyes of some of the actors, who happily agreed to the request.
Need your help Twitterverse – trying to help a young boy who is dying. He probably has just days and all he want is a greeting from one of the Avengers. If you have a celeb connection, please let me know. Otherwise, could you help out with a RT? Thank you in advance!

Zachary Levi, who played Fandral in Thor: The Dark World and Thor: Ragnarok, was the first to agree to Bream’s request and he even offered to do impressions of Chris Pratt and the other A-list actors.
I’m not technically an Avenger, but I’d be happy to record a video for the little man and do my best impressions of @ChrisEvans @prattprattpratt @chrishemsworth or any other Chris if necessary.
Next up was Captain America himself, Chris Evans, who said he would be happy to help Emilio in any way he could.
Happy to! DM me

From there, several other Avengers actors followed suit, including Paul Bettany, who plays Vision aka “The Purple One.”
I'm the purple one. DM me.

Don Cheadle, who plays Iron Man’s right-hand man War Machine, also volunteered to help.

Benedict Wong, who was Wong in Doctor Strange, joined in as well.
Hello Shannon , please DM . Best B
And, of course, Ryan Reynolds, who plays Deadpool, couldn’t resist getting in on the action even though he hasn’t been officially welcomed into the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Reynolds said that despite being more of a “Reserve Avenger”, he would be happy to help Emilio.
I’m more of a “Reserve Avenger”. But happy to help. DM me.

It’s incredibly moving to see so many of these beloved actors go out of their way to show love to a fan and hopefully, a few more Avengers answer the call and rally to show all the support for Emilio that they can.
