Check-Out Adam Sandler’s Perfect Tribute To His Wife On Their 22nd Anniversary

This is really sweet.

Adam Sandler, a comedic and dramatic GOAT who most recently starred in the cult-classic snubbed-by-the-Oscars Uncut Gems and appears to be soon filming a basketball movie with Lebron James, just celebrated a monumental occasion in his personal life. And, no, it’s not the release of the ‘worst movie ever’ he vowed to make if his role in Gems didn’t garner him an Oscar nom. It’s much more wholesome than that. The 53-year-old actor commemorated his 22-year anniversary with his wife, Jackie Sandler, by posting a beautiful tribute to his wife on Instagram and expressing his love for her. The couple, who share two children, Sunny and Sadie Sandler, who are 11 and 13, have been together for decades.

It turns out that Rob Schneider — who has maybe been in every single Adam Sandler film — introduced the two, and they met on the set of Big Daddy and were already dating before the film hit theaters. The date that they met, which was three days ago on August 1, is what Sandler chose to commemorate in his wonderful Instagram post to who he describes as his ‘forever girl.’

“22 years ago today we locked eyes and fell deep,” he wrote. “Look forward to the next 22, young lady. Love you my forever girl.” The post included cute shots of the couple from ages ago. While Jackie first sparked with Sandler on the set of Big Daddy, and has made cameos in other movies like Murder Mystery his daughters have made cameos in his other work: having appeared in Pixels, Blended, Jack and Jill, and Hotel Transylvania. Apparently, the family that works together stays together.

  1. Do you plan on sending your kids back to school this fall?
Yes. I trust that our schools are taking precautions.
No. We don't feel that proper precautions are in place.
I'm not sure yet. It depends on how things progress.
Thanks for the feedback!
