Why A High Fiber Diet Is Really Important For Kids

Doctors and nutritionists have preached the value of a high fiber diet in adults for years, but recent research suggests it may be just as beneficial for kids. Experts haven’t agreed on a recommended daily intake for young kids, but they do agree that childhood obesity, diabetes and chronic constipation may all be mitigated by an overall increase in fiber intake.
