An Exercise Routine You Can Knock Out During Naps, From The Founder Of TRX

Randy Hetrick invented the TRX training system while deployed on anti-piracy missions as a Navy SEAL. It was born out of necessity – lots of time in warehouses with no access to a gym, waiting for the bad guys to make their move. He has a whole routine broken in to 10-to-15-minute increments that can be done in limited space, which is perfect for blowing through while you’re waiting for your own little pirate to make a move. The TRX gear isn’t even required, although it does dramatically up the benefit-to-misery ratio, and may potentially increase your desirability to your spouse – not that you need it.
