As you may have heard, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex (Prince Harry and Meghan Markle to you and me) are on a tour of Africa with their baby, Archie Harrison.
Unlike Melania Trump, who made headlines of a rather dubious variety when she wore clothing that was both insanely expensive and reeked of icky colonialism during a trip to the continent, the Sussexes opted for a more approachable sartorial style.
A very cute, affordable and sustainably-made baby outfit for Archie.
Exhibit A: When he met the esteemed Bishop Desmond Tutu, Archie Harrison Mountbatten-Windsor wore a very cute, sustainably-made outfit from H&M. Yes, the same H&M where you can grab tank tops for $5. His ensemble cost as much as a few Starbucks lattes.
H&M described the outfit as a short-sleeved bodysuit and bib overalls in organic cotton, featuring a button placket, sleeves with sewn cuffs, and snap fasteners at gusset.
Archie clearly has a stylist: His mother, who’s a fan of shopping her own closet. She wore a repeat Martin Grant for a reception in Cape Town, South Africa, and donned pieces from Madewell on day two of the royal tour. We approve.
As for Archie Harrison, we’re guessing this number is going to sell out pretty fast, so if you’re feeling that Archie vibe, score yours now.
And if you want a piece of Prince Harry’s style, he’s a fan of these Adidas kicks, which he wore to the Invictus games. Otherwise, he’s a fan of Russell-Bromley’s Chukka boots, which he never seems to take off.
These classic Adidas sneakers have a gold-foil Gazelle logo on the quarter panel.
