Meghan Markle Toted Baby Archie In This $140 Ergo Baby Carrier

You too can own this thing.

Unless you’ve been holed up in Arendelle, you might have heard that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, otherwise known as Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, gave the British monarchy the proverbial middle finger. They’re now holed up in Canada, presumably figuring out their future as part-time working members of The Firm (as the British royals are known). The other day, Meghan was spotted looking giddy while on a walk with her two dogs. But even more notable: Like a regular non-royal human mom, she was toting squirmy son Archie around in a baby carrier.

This ultra-versatile baby carrier is fit for a baby royal.

And not just any baby carrier. One that you too can buy. For not a lot of dough! Bonus: It’s not flowery or fusty and looks good on dads.

Behold the Ergobaby Omni 360 all positions baby carrier. What makes it Sussex-worthy, you might wonder? Well, listen up.

Fatherly IQ
  1. How hard has it been to convince your parents and in-laws to stay home during coronavirus?
    It was simple. They understood.
It took some time but they listened
It's impossible. They don't listen to me.

With this particular baby carrier, you can tote your kid around from birth until he or she weighs 45 pounds. You don’t need a separate, bulky, infant insert. The baby can face in or out. For the record, Archie was facing in. You can wear your baby on your hips or your back. The thing even has a large storage pouch, in case Meghan wanted to bring along a tiara.

But there’s more! It has a UPF 50+ tuck away baby hood for sun and wind protection, and it lets parents wear it two ways: crossed or backpack style. You can even breastfeed while wearing it.

Now, Harry and Meghan are less than thrilled that the photos were taken and warned the media about running them. But we’re pretty stoked that when it comes to baby gear, they actually make like regular people on budgets and buy stuff that’s practical and affordable. This is the same couple that dressed Archie in H&M during a state visit, after all.
